Zoorzio is a product built and operated by Nazeforge LLC. This policy explains, in plain terms, what information we collect when you use Zoorzio (on the web, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, our browser extension, or our app), why we collect it, and the choices you have.

WHO WE ARE

Zoorzio is operated by Nazeforge LLC, a Montana limited liability company based in Lilburn, Georgia, USA. Nazeforge LLC is the entity responsible for the information described in this policy. You can reach us at contact@zoorzio.com.

INFORMATION YOU GIVE US

When you create an account or use Zoorzio, you may share:

• Basic account details: your name, phone number, and email address.
• The content you send us to remember: reminders, notes, lists, files, images, and messages sent through WhatsApp, Telegram, email, our web app, or our Chrome extension.
• Information about people you mention when you ask Zoorzio to nudge, remind, or notify someone else.
• Billing details when you subscribe to a paid plan, handled through our payment processor (we don't store your full card number).

INFORMATION WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY

As you use Zoorzio, we also collect:

• Usage information, such as which features you use and how often.
• Device and technical information, like browser type, operating system, and IP address.
• Activity logs that help us debug problems and keep the service reliable.

INFORMATION FROM CONNECTED SERVICES

If you connect a calendar, email account, or other third-party tool to Zoorzio, we access only the data needed to power the feature you turned on (for example, reading calendar events to build your daily briefing). You can disconnect any integration at any time from your account settings.

AUTOMATIC EMAIL DRAFTING (DIAMOND PLAN)

Email autopilot is optional, part of the Diamond plan, and off until you turn it on. When it is on, Zoorzio checks your Gmail inbox every few minutes for new unread emails that arrive after you turned it on. It does not go through the emails already in your inbox.

To decide whether an email needs a reply, we read its sender, subject and a short preview. For emails that do need one, we read the message so we can write a reply draft in your voice and save it to your Gmail Drafts. We never send an email for you through this feature: you review each draft and send it yourself. We write at most 30 drafts in 24 hours.

Your emails are sent to our AI provider only to sort them and write the drafts. We do not use them to train AI models, we do not let our AI providers train on them, and we never sell them or share them with advertisers. We do not keep a copy of your emails: for each email we only remember its Gmail message ID and whether we drafted a reply, skipped it or could not, and we delete that record after 30 days. The drafts live in your own Gmail account. You can turn this off at any time from Integrations, and it stops on its own if your plan no longer includes it.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information above to:

• Run the core service: create, store, and remind you about the things you send us.
• Personalize what we surface, like which reminders or notes are relevant when you ask.
• Keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
• Communicate with you about your account, billing, or changes to the service.
• Improve Zoorzio over time based on how it's actually used.

Zoorzio uses automated processing, including AI models, to organize, summarize, and act on the content you send us (for example, turning a forwarded email into a reminder). This automation supports the service you asked for; it isn't used to make decisions about you that have a legal or similarly significant effect.

YOUR DATA IS NEVER USED TO TRAIN AI

Your notes, messages, voice notes, files, reminders and everything else you send Zoorzio are used only to run the service for you. We do not use them to train AI models, we do not let our AI providers train on them, and we never sell them or share them with advertisers.

When Zoorzio learns your preferences (for example "always remind me 30 minutes before meetings"), that stays in your own account and only shapes answers for you. Passwords, PIN codes and card numbers you save are stored encrypted and are never sent to an AI provider.

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

• With service providers who help us run Zoorzio, such as cloud hosting, messaging, and payment processors, bound to protect your data and use it only to provide their service to us.
• When required by law, such as responding to a valid legal request.
• To protect the rights, safety, or property of Zoorzio, our users, or the public.
• If Zoorzio is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we'll let you know before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

SERVICE PROVIDERS WE USE

These companies process personal information for us, only to run Zoorzio. Each receives only what its job needs.

• Hosting and storage: Railway (our servers and database, United States) and Vercel (this website). Redis may be used for short-lived rate-limit counters.
• AI processing: OpenAI, Groq, xAI and Google (Gemini API) receive the text, voice notes or images you send so they can be understood and answered. We use their business API services, which do not train on your content. TypeSafe (its Jev model) receives short pieces of text, such as the sender, subject and preview of an email, only to sort and label them (for example, which emails need a reply). It does not write anything and, under its terms, does not train on your data.
• Messaging: Meta (WhatsApp), Telegram, Twilio (SMS), Slack and Discord, when you use or connect those channels. They receive the messages sent to and from you and your phone number or account ID.
• Email: Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES), Resend and SendGrid deliver our emails and receive your email address and the email content. Cloudflare (Email Routing) receives emails you forward to your Zoorzio address.
• Payments: ZionPe processes subscriptions and receives your name, email and payment details. We never see or store your full card number.
• Integrations you connect: Google (Calendar, Gmail, Drive, Docs), Microsoft (Outlook Calendar), Apple (iCloud Calendar), Notion, Linear, Jira (Atlassian) and GitHub, only after you connect them, to do what you ask. For the other apps you choose to connect from our app catalog, we use Composio to connect and run them for you; it stores the access you grant, and the app's own provider then receives what it needs to do what you ask.
• Information lookups: Open-Meteo receives the place name for weather-based reminders; news, currency and crypto price services receive no personal information. When you save a link, we fetch that web page.

We do not use advertising, analytics or session-recording services.

DATA RETENTION

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we need to keep it longer for legal, security, or accounting reasons.

SECURITY

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and other reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risk and respond quickly if something goes wrong.

YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

You can access, correct, export, or delete your information, and disconnect any integration, from your account settings or by emailing contact@zoorzio.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR (EU/UK) or state privacy laws in the US; we'll honor requests made under those laws to the extent they apply to you.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Zoorzio isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

INTERNATIONAL USERS

Zoorzio is operated from the United States. If you use Zoorzio from outside the US, your information will be processed in the US and other countries where our service providers operate, under the protections described in this policy.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy as Zoorzio evolves. If we make a material change, we'll let you know by reasonable means, such as an in-app notice or an email.
